A Crisis of Confidence
My client had been working for her employer for over 20 years. Whilst considered to be the Managing Director, she had not formally secured the title or corresponding pay.
During her coaching programme she became conscious of, and was able to articulate, the value she added to the business.
She applied for MD roles outside of her industry to increase her confidence and understand her worth.
Then we role played the ‘win win’ conversation she would hold with her boss to influence his decision .
I’m delighted to share she secured the title, and corresponding pay increase, and continues to drive business results through the roof!
Life After Redundancy
When the small chain of boutique hotels decided to close, my client was left feeling lost and uncertain about her future. She believed her skills were redundant and contemplated settling for minimum wage roles or completely changing fields, even if it meant a significant salary reduction.
